Mental Health Monday: Father, Forgive Them

There’s an old saying that says, “Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.” When we pray “Father, forgive them.”, it’s not excusing their behavior, but committing them and the situation into God’s hands. In this Mental Health Monday, Pastor Jonathan reminds us that forgiveness is an action, not a feeling, and also challenges us to forgive those who may have done us wrong.
