Our example for what it means to be wholly human is found in the person of Jesus Christ. Spirit, soul, and body, we find His example in the words He spoke and the life He lived. When we see it, speak it, and live out those things we find in the pages of Scripture, true transformation can take place. Mental health cannot be separated from the Bible. In fact, conversations surrounding mental health should draw us towards the Bible in our efforts to be not just believers of Jesus Christ, but followers and disciples of Him too.
